What does the Evee warranty cover?

Every Evee bought from Scootric comes with an 18-month manufacturer warranty registered in your name, with longer cover on key components — typically 24 months on the motor, 18 months on the battery, 36 months on the frame and 3 months on the charger. What's covered

A new Evee from Scootric carries manufacturer warranty cover by component:

  • Motor — 24 months
  • Battery — 18 months
  • Frame — 36 months
  • Charger — 3 months

The warranty is registered in your name at the time of purchase.

Why the authorized dealer matters

Warranty cover only means something if it's honoured. As an authorized Evee dealer, Scootric registers your warranty with the manufacturer and services your scooter with trained technicians, so the cover stays valid. Grey-market scooters usually have no registered warranty at all.

Keeping your warranty valid

Have your Evee serviced by Scootric's trained technicians and use genuine Evee spare parts. The full warranty terms are on the warranty page.
