How a claim works

The warranty is provided by Evee Pakistan, the manufacturer. It applies to manufacturing defects under normal, everyday use.

Lodge a claim

For any warranty claim, contact the Evee Pakistan helpline at 042-32300720. They handle the assessment and the repair or replacement of covered parts.

We register your warranty at purchase and help you through the whole process — from raising the claim to getting your Evee back on the road.

Good to know

A few practical notes.

  • Keep your purchase invoice and warranty card — they confirm your coverage dates.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear items and damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorised modification are not covered.
  • Servicing through Scootric or an authorised Evee point keeps your warranty valid.
  • Full terms and conditions are set by Evee Pakistan and are provided with your scooter.
